Rooted Garden Journal is a private garden journal app for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains how data is handled by the app.
Who we are
Rooted Garden Journal is provided by Tnisoft, operated by Andi Oliver Ion PFA in Romania. For privacy questions, contact contact@tnisoft.ro.
Data stored by the app
Rooted lets you create gardens, areas, plant records, notes, timeline entries, photos, and reminders. This information is stored locally on your device.
Photos and camera
If you choose to add photos, Rooted can access selected photos from your photo library or use the camera. Photos are used only to create your garden records and are stored on your device. The app does not upload your photos to Tnisoft servers.
Reminders and notifications
If you create a reminder, Rooted uses local iOS notifications to alert you on your device. Reminder data is not sent to Tnisoft.
Purchases
Rooted may offer a one-time Rooted Pro unlock through Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes the payment. Tnisoft does not receive or store your payment card details.
What we do not collect
- No Tnisoft account is required for Rooted.
- No garden data, photos, reminders, or notes are uploaded to Tnisoft servers.
- No location, contacts, health data, advertising identifiers, or tracking data are collected.
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used.
Deleting data
You can delete gardens and related records inside the app. You can also remove all local Rooted data by deleting the app from your device.
Changes
We may update this policy if Rooted changes. The updated date above will show when the policy was last changed.
